A separate beach bag to bring your stuff with you all day. The rest of your luggage will go in the bus and you wont see it again for a while.

A full belly, eat lunch before coming.

Swim/beach clothing that doesn't easily fall off , nobody is expected to be in a suit ;)

Towel.

Sunscreen.

Coverup clothing for dinner at a restaurant.

Beach games, like a frisbee or volleyball (optional)

A different swim set for the pictures (optional)

-Saturday-
Shoes suitable for the garden, we will be dancing on grass.

Dress to impress! Style is more important than formality! It can be hot in the afternoon so short sleeves are fine. Ties optional, its not a business meeting.

There will be a place to change if you'd like to wear something else in the evening

Friends only: change your persona at midnight and come to the clubhouse in Tropical Carnaval theme.

It's a pool party, you know what to do. 

Bring a sweater too, just in case.
